Please note, that as an Associate / Franchisee you are required to follow certain protocols in delivering classes. Your performance will be periodically assessed by Jacqui Davis and by unknown visitors who will check that you are delivering classes to the required standard and are delivering them in accordance with Twistin Tots / Twistin Tinies Adventures Lesson Plans.
Sometimes you may not be aware that you are being assessed.
Assessors will be looking at a variety of aspects of your classes including:
- engagement of children
- engagement of parents
- adherence to corporate guidance
- adherence to Lesson Plans
- punctuality
Associates / Franchisees are required to include certain elements in all classes, which are outlined below:
Review Meetings
There will be a minimum of 4 meetings a year to discuss your progress. These may be formal or informal gatherings with other Team Members. Attendance is requested at at least 3 of these meetings per annum.
These meetings are an opportunity to:
- discuss problems / issues / concerns
- be updated on developments within the business
- meet other Team Members
- share experiences
CPD
Twistin Tots is a Member of the Children’s Activities Association (CAA), Institute of Children’s Activities Providers (ICAP) and the Early Years Alliance. All of these offer free training for members.
As a Twistin Tots Team member, you can benefit from this and details of suitable courses will be forwarded for you to attend.
If you are a Franchise, you can choose to join them and also benefit from these courses.
