How to book your party
To book a party with Twistin Tots, you must complete and return the Party Booking Form along with a 50% non-returnable deposit (this will vary according to which party option you choose).

It is advisable to call first to check the availability of the date you are interested as Twistin Tots parties are very popular and dates get booked up fast.
What’s included?
Your party will include songs for the chosen duration, plus suitable props for the songs picked by you or Twistin Tots. If you are choosing a party option with games, this will also include extra time for all the games, plus prizes where appropriate.
Travel costs are included if your party is within a 10 mile radius of Belper. 
What’s not included?
Hall hire for your party, food for the party and party invitations (unless selected as part of a Themed party) – you will need to arrange these separately. Travel costs if your party is more than 10 miles from Belper. In these situations, an additional charge will be made to cover travel costs (minimum £15).

Terms and Conditions of Party Bookings
- Bookings must be made on the Twistin Tots Booking Form and sent with a 50% non-refundable deposit one month prior to date of party.
- Bookings made less than one month prior to party date must include full payment to secure the booking.
- Party bookings only accepted if Booking Form is signed and dated (emailed forms accepted).
- Twistin Tots is not responsible for the booking or payment of the party venue.
- Staff will be allocated to parties according to availability, unless you have specified a particular person at an extra fee of £10.
- Quoted party costs cover travel up to a 10-mile radius of Belper DE56. Parties offered outside this radius by arrangement and will be subject to an additional travel cost (minimum £15), depending on location.
- Twistin Tots cannot be held responsible/liable for any loss or damages incurred at the party venue. Twistin Tots has public liability insurance to £5m.
- In the unlikely event that Twistin Tots has to cancel your party a full refund will be given, or an alternative date offered.
- Payment of the remaining balance is due one month prior to the party date. If payment is not received and others enquire about the same date, Twistin Tots reserves the right to cancel the original booking.
- If cancellation is made by you, the following terms apply, when full payment has been made: three weeks prior to party date, 30% refund; two weeks, 20% refund; less than two weeks, no refund.
- Refunds only given on 50% of booking fee. Initial deposit is non-refundable unless Twistin Tots cancels the party.
- Maximum of 20 children per party. Additional children may be added for an additional price per head. Please ask for details.
- Parties with games will include pass the parcel unless booker requests that this is removed.
