When delivering Twistin Tots classes, you must observe the following at all classes:
- Introduction and welcome to classes – introduce yourself especially to new customers
- Give information about forthcoming events (e.g. Halloween, Christmas, Easter etc) as appropriate before starting your class
- Give out Image Consent Form to all new customers and ensure it is completed before they leave
- Explain where toilets and other facilities are
- Welcome Song
- Action rhyme
- Follow guidance on lesson plans for each theme
- No More wiggles rhyme
- Hand sanitising and biscuits
- Ensure you ask about food allergies and if anyone needs non-dairy biscuits etc
- Always be mindful of small children running about, especially
- when carrying boxes
- when walking around with bubble gun
