Twistin Tots is always looking to recruit people to join its Team.

Are you looking for a new opportunity?

Would you like to run your own busness?

Why not consider taking up a Twistin Tots Franchise?

If you are self-motivated, reliable and enthusiastic and have musical, drama or Performing Arts experience, this could be exactly what you are looking for.

Being a Franchisee offers many benefits – the ability to fit your work around your family commitments;  flexible working hours – you will be able to decide how many hours you work and when; the opportunity to travel; being able to bring joy to children and families in your designated area; the satisfaction of knowing that you are working to help yourself; and the ability to build a successful business by your own hard work.

You will need a car – preferably with a large boot! – and to hold a full, clean driving licence.

If you take up a Franchise – depending on which Franchise option you choose – you could be responsible for running Twistin Tots, Tikes or Tinies classes classes; running sessions within Nurseries and pre-schools; providing cover for other Twistin Tots staff (if required); delivering Online sessions; running birthday parties and/or other ad hoc events; and running Care Home sessions. You will be responsible for your own finances – budgeting and accounting; marketing and promotion; establishing new classes; and finding and delivering nursery opportunities.

As a Franchisee, you will be given a designated area in which to work. How much you earn will be determined by the number of classes, nursery sessions and birthday parties being delivered – it will be up to you to decide how much or how little you want to do*. Each franchise will initially be offered for a five year period with the option for the Franchisee to renew should they wish to do so.

  • all Franchisees are required to commit to running at least 2 classes per week

15SnapPersonality sells

Twistin’ Tots has been running successfully for almost 14 years. Classes are well received because of their relaxed informal style and fun concepts, but also because customers like the people who are running them….. Personality sells!!

As a franchisee, you will be buying into a proven business model, but your personality can help to develop it even further.  All of our classes are about parents and children having fun, while educating and developing them at the same time;  they are also a great way for parents to meet new people, make new friends and provide their children with an opportunity to mix with their peers in a fun environment.

So, are you suited to running a franchise?

You don’t need any particular qualifications to run a Twistin Tots franchise, although a Performing Arts, Music or Drama background would be useful.

The most important things that we look for in our Team members are personality and bags of enthusiasm. We don’t require you to hold any particular qualifications, but we do need you to have limitless energy, patience, a cheerful disposition and enjoy working with children. (We do require a DBS check, but that’s the easy part!).

You don’t have to be musically inclined, but you will need the confidence to stand up in front of an audience and be able to entertain them. You will also need to love children (having little ones of your own will definitely be an advantage in this job!) and enjoy meeting new people.  A sense of humour will also help!

It’s not all fun. The job does entail some degree of “furniture removal”  – moving equipment, tables chairs etc in venues. There will be some basic accounting and marketing, but our systems will help you with those tricky bits and we will provide you with templates for your use and a marketing guide for promoting your classes.P1040614

What will I be doing as a franchisee?

There is no typical day, although we would expect you to commit to running a minimum of two classes per week. You can run as many classes as you wish on top of this and these can be fitted around school runs, pre-school pick ups, school holidays, family commitments etc as you see fit.

You do not have to run in the school holidays, but if you have pre-school children yourself you may decide to do so, as most groups shut down for the Summer, so you may decide to try and make a profit out of this!

So, are you still interested? If so, a Twistin Tots Franchise may be just what you are looking for. Please complete the attached questionnaire and email it back to me for further information to
