Twistin Tikes was launched in Nurseries and Pre-Schools for children with greater understanding who are able to follow simple instructions – and many of the interactions at these sessions are instruction based. 
Sessions usually follow a weekly theme – Colours, Jungle, Transport, Under the Sea (amongst others) and offer a lively mix of songs, parachutes, light shows and bubbles to entertain children and parents alike. Classes do also include some Twistin Tots ‘favourites’ for those making the transition from Twistin Tots classes.
At classes, we may dance with rainbow ribbons, hunt for bears, get chased by crocodiles, dance with the funky money, eat lots of jelly and swim in soup!! 
Twistin Tikes classes currently run only in Nurseries.
In April 2018, Twistin Tikes Golden was launched in Care Homes – enabling parents and their children to have fun and interact with elderly residents at the same time – and helping residents to share new experiences and feel part of the world again. Care Home sessions currently run on an ad hoc basis, as requested by individual Care Homes. Often numbers are restricted due to space within the Care Homes themselves. Twistin Tikes and Twistin Tots’ customers may therefore be invited to attend the sessions which are currently free of charge for families.
