Jacqui’s final class was held at Darley Abbey Village hall on Thursday 25 June, and this week, there has been cake at classes to celebrate this massive milestone. 
For a business that was started as a stop gap while Jacqui’s children were little, it has not done a bad job – literally thousands of families have come through the doors over the last 20 years and left with fond and happy memories of classes. Many have made life-long friends and remember many of the songs. No one who was there for the first 10 years (at least) can hear Wake Me Up Before You Go Go without thinking of Jacqui and her wiggle sticks!!
So, it’s the end of an era, and we are pleased to say that someone else is about to take up the mantle and keep Twistin Tots running.
Catrin Godfrey has recently purchased the Tots business and will be taking over imminently. Cat will be running some summer sessions in Belper (click here for details) and will recommence traditional classes from September.

So, who is Cat?
Cat is a mum of 2 (Ffion 4.5 years and Nye (6 Months). She is a Biology Graduate from Lancaster and has worked for the last 10 years as a postie!! Her postie job was supposed to be a stop gap while she found something in her graduate field, but she loved it and 10 years later, she is still there! However, recognising what a fantastic business Twistin Tots is (and having been attending with ehr children for the last 4 years +)., she has taken the plunge and bought it! Well done Cat!!
