Twistin Tots is now looking to recruit two people to join its Team.
The successful individuals will need to be self-motivated, reliable and enthusiastic. Musical experience is not essential, but would be an asset; as would working with the under 5 age group (though again, this is not essential). As there is some travelling required with each job, the successful candidates must have use of a car and hold a full, clean driving licence. Flexibility and a willingness to travel to new venues is essential.
Post holders will be responsible for running Twistin Tots classes (both established and new); running sessions within nurseries; providing cover for other Twistin Tots staff (as required); and running birthday parties – necessitating some weekend work. Applicants will be responsible for their own budgeting and accounting; marketing and promotion; establishing of new classes; and finding and delivering nursery opportunities.
Each post-holder will have a designated area in which to work: Post-Holder 1 will cover established classes and nursery sessions in Spondon and Little Eaton and will work in and around the Derby area; Post-Holder 2 will cover established classes in Wingerworth and a Matlock Play Centre, and will work within the Matlock/Bakewell/Chesterfield area.
Salary will be determined by the number of classes, nursery sessions and birthday parties being delivered – further details available on the detailed job spec below. Each franchise will be offered for an initial period of five years with the option to renew at the end of this period, should the franchisee wish to do so.
